Lesson 25 - Jesus Christ Is Alive

Jesus Christ, God's Son lived on the earth for almost 33 and 1/2 years. He was born in Bethlehem. Luke 2:1-20 tells us about His birth. read this in your Bible.

He grew up in Nazareth, where his stepfather, Joseph was a carpenter. Read Luke 2:39,40.

When He was twelve years old, He went to Jerusalem with His parents for the feast of Passover. Read Luke 2:41-52.

Verse 46 tells us that "they found Him after three days in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking questions."

These were not like our doctors today, but they were religious men, who knew the Old Testament Scripture very well.
