Question

Will Jesus be visible to the people of earth during the millennium or will they like us in the Church Age just know by faith that He is there? I know they will look upon Him whom they have pierced and after that not be visible to them?

Answer

The Scriptures are not entirely clear. There will be much closer ties between heaven and earth then now. Hosea 2:21,22. If it be needed that He be visible, He can make Himself visible for the occasion. He will be in the Holy City where His throne will be. Christendom teaches that He will literally reign on the earth. We believe that Scripture teaches that He will reign with His kings and priests over the earth. I cannot see how there will be a mingling of immortal and mortals on the earth. One will have many needs that the other will not have. The holy city seems never to touch the earth. The nations of the earth are said to walk in the light of it. Perhaps it will hang in the heavens like a great light. If it came to earth it could cover a space approximately from Chicago to Denver and be fifteen hundred miles nigh. These are approximations. I doubt that they will be able to see Him at any time. It will not be necessary and He will be at times in different places, though omnipresent.

Question

Do you believe that the Jews who believed in Him but did not confess Him were saved?

Answer

I do. The death of Jesus brought Joseph and Nicodemus out into the open. John 19:38,39. I believe that God will permit things to happen to make them declare themselves.
